Black&Aligned in Dentistry is an innovative and inclusive platform designed to support and uplift professionals within the Black community in the dental industry in the UK. This groundbreaking network aims to create a sense of connectivity, empowerment, and solidarity among its members, fostering both personal and professional growth.

Recognising the unique challenges and barriers faced by Black professionals in dentistry, B&AD harnesses the power of its community to provide resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities. By bringing together dental students, practitioners, educators, and researchers, this network seeks to bridge the gap and address systemic disparities within the field.

The primary goal of B&AD  is to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing, enabling members to excel in their dental careers. Through virtual forums, webinars, and conferences, professionals can engage in meaningful discussions, explore emerging trends, and exchange valuable insights. Additionally, mentorship programs will be implemented to guide aspiring dental students as they navigate their educational journey, ensuring they receive the necessary support to thrive.
