Meet Nikki McPherson
With over two decades in dentistry, my career began in 2003 as a dental nurse — an experience that laid the foundation for a deep understanding of what exceptional compliance truly looks like in practice, not just on paper.
Having worked across multiple specialities including oral surgery, periodontics, endodontics, paediatrics, and sedation, I developed a rare operational insight into the systems, standards, and patient experiences that define high-performing dental practices.
Over the years, I progressed into practice management and consultancy, supporting practices in strengthening compliance, improving operational systems, and building sustainable growth.
Alongside dentistry, I am also the Founding COO of the Community, Corporate & Culture Group and Awards — a platform dedicated to celebrating excellence, impact, and leadership across multiple industries and communities.
Dental Savvy was created from both experience and vision.
